What are my payment options?
We aren't picky. Choose your favorite: Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Can you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
We ship everywhere deliveries are made, but only offer free shipping for orders that meet our dollar criteria within the USA.
Can I cancel my shipment?
Orders may be canceled if it occurs prior to shipment. Typically shipment happens within 5 business days, though some products that are made to order take longer -- affected shipping times are noted on relevant product pages. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Include your order number, full name, or shipping address in your email so we can identify your order quickly.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind all of our products, however we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are looking to make a return with us, don't worry – we want this to be as easy and painless as ordering from us. You have 30 days to return for any reason, and if you paid for the initial shipping, we'll pay for the return. If you got free shipping, we'll charge you a small fee based on our commercial shipping rates. Either way, we'll send you a label to print and affix to your package.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, we will refund you within seven business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up immediately on your statement.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Nope. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
Why should I create an account?
