WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind all of our products, however, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are looking to make a return with us, don't worry – we want this to be as easy and painless as ordering from us. You have 30 days to return for any reason, and if you paid for the initial shipping, we'll pay for the return. If you got free shipping, we'll charge you a small fee based on our commercial shipping rates. Either way, we'll send you a label to print and affix to your package. Just contact us and let us know.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, we will refund you within seven business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up immediately on your statement.
