While these light and airy knitting and crochet projects are ideal for warm weather, they are also sophisticated wardrobe additions for year-round enjoyment. While any of our fingering weight yarns would work nicely for most of these patterns, we especially love our Cloud Cover, Peach Orchard, Cherry Blossom, and Quarter to Midnight.
Openwork Poncho, crochet project by Elizabeth Pardue (top left)
This pretty featherlight poncho would add a bit of warmth and a lot of style to many outfits. It would be cute over a little black dress, or topping a tank or cami over denim shorts.
Leonie Slouchy Tee, knitting project by Cocoknits (top right)
Loving this simple knit. It looks fab in a neutral layered over black but would look equally great in a variety of colorways. Easy to dress up or down, too.
Clapo-Ktus Scarf, knitting project by Unique Creazioni (middle left)
Lovely patterning on this lightweight scarf that would elegantly top a summer dress or could be wrapped as a cowl for cold-weather use.
Lelant Shrug, crochet project by Camelia Mit (middle right)
This breezy shrug has a fun shape and looks adorable over a casual jersey dress. Would look equally cute over a summer tank.
The Perseids Top, knitting project by Asami Kawa (bottom left)
This textured knit top is airy and gorgeously feminine with the slight ruffle of the sleeves. Beautiful addition to any closet.
Movie Night Cocoon Cardi, crochet project by Alexandra Tavel (bottom right)
This chic cocoon cardi is the perfect topper for all your casual outfits, and would also work well over something a little form fitting. Possibilities? Endless.
